バリエーション

「熱がある」場合は fever か temperature を使います。

I have a fever.／I have a temperature.また、I’ve got a fever.などと現在完了形で表現すると「熱がでちゃって」というニュアンスの口語表現になります。

「ちょっと熱っぽい」はI feel feverish.やI have a slight fever.です。

それ以外にも、I have a cough.（咳が出る）、I have a runny nose.（鼻水が止まらない）、My nose is stuffy.（鼻がつまっている）、などは覚えておくと便利です。
